Four weeks. Four phases.

A predictable rhythm with one designer, weekly preview links and just two scheduled calls — kickoff and launch.

  1. Week 1

    Discover

    One kickoff call, then a written brief. We lock scope, audience and the few things that must be true.

  2. Week 2

    Design

    Custom layouts in the browser — not Figma slides. Preview link Friday, feedback on your time.

  3. Week 3

    Build

    Production code as we design. Updated preview link with everything clickable.

  4. Week 4

    Ship

    Polish, performance, SEO. One launch call, then we host it and look after it.

Communication

Async-first. Two calls, total.

Week 1

Kickoff call

30 minutes, once. We align on scope, audience and brand. Everything after is async.

Weekly

Friday update

A short written note + a live preview link. Review on your time, leave comments in the thread.

As needed

Loom walkthroughs

Short videos when something needs explaining. Watch at 2x. No meeting required.

Any time

Shared channel

Slack, email or your tool of choice. Replies inside the business day.

Week 4

Launch call

30 minutes, once. We go live together. Then hosting + care plan take over.
